Jennifer Bronson

Jennifer Bronson comes to Berlin by way of Detroit, Philadelphia, and Amsterdam. She formally studied and holds degrees in Art History and Library Science, but is too chaotic of a person to find passion in organization. Creatively she's pursued an interest in building electronic instruments and performing noise music. She also loves obscure cinema and had a small cinema in Amsterdam for several years. Jennifer has been living in Berlin for 4+ years, and has been developing skills as a jeweler in that time.

Jennifer's jewelry often incorporates unconventional materials to create a graceful industrial feel. As a native of Detroit her aesthetic is unavoidably one of deconstruction and mechanics coupled with a love of happenstance, repetition, and re-purposing. Her work often uses techniques like sandcasting to expose industrial materials in a different light.
